SITAC/Site Acquisition

Requirement :

• Male, age max. 35 years old
• Minimum S1 degree in Legal from reputable university
• Minimum 2-3 years experience as SITAC
• Has strong negotiation skills and communication skills

 Desk Job :

• Site surveyor
• Socialization residents
• Verify the legality of land
• Negotiating rental/purchase of land (Management of the construction permit)
• Preparation of survey reports
• Assisting marketing in the review with the operator regarding the progress
